Lobstick Project Management  Services specializes in coaching and training. Whether you’re an individual, part of a team, or represent an enterprise, our coaching and training services are designed to meet your needs with versatile solutions.

I have spent the past 25+ years practicing, teaching, writing about and learning from experience what makes an effective project manager, project sponsor or project team member.  I am an award winning Trainer; Author, Coach and Consultant in the areas of Project Management; Communications; STO Projects; Contract Management and Organizational Effectiveness. My background includes extensive work with large private corporations in the U.S.A. and Canada; and municipal, regional and provincial governments. I have extensive experience in construction projects; community development projects; business development projects; shutdown-turnaround-overhaul (STO) projects; Oil and Gas Industry; Real Estate Development. I have worked with hundreds of individuals and organizations from a wide variety of industries and backgrounds throughout Canada and the US and I love to share my 'tips from the trenches' with teams and individuals to enable them to reach a higher level of proficiency and effectiveness.  As well, I have worked with many First Nation organizations, Nation leadership and individuals on a variety of projects. I consider this experience as the most rewarding of my career.
